NAIL FIXES
- We offer free repair for Regular or Gel Manicure Chipping within 5 days of the service (no color change).
- We offer free repair for Artificial Nail Repair (Gel Full Set) within 7 days of the
service (no color change).
- After 5 days, Gel Manicure repairs are $3 per finger.
- After 7 days, Artificial Nail repairs are $7 per finger.
- We can not guarantee that your nails will last for 2 -3 plus weeks, as everyone’s nails take care of themselves differently. However, with proper care, your nails should last a few weeks. Any color change will occur the cost
of a polish change.
- Only the nails that are damaged can be fixed for free. This is not for the entire set to be redone unless there is something visibly wrong.
ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so
may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available or for
reschedule. We don’t want any of our customers waiting too long on us to
finish, so this is the reason that we might need to reschedule your appt if you
are running too late.
WHEN WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE
We respect your time and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly.
Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be
predicted. If we’re running behind more than 20 min, we will provide a 10%
discount upon request.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with our
services, please let us know via email perfectnailsdedham@gmail.com and
while we do not refund any services, we will do everything to make it right.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, and other forms of payment such
as Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on services.
ALLERGIES
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a
service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the
situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the
past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know
before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the
appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not
given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove free of charge. See our
refund policy.
PETS
We love our little furry friends, but due to Cosmetology board regulations we
aren allowed to have any pets in a salon. However, exceptions are made for
Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals, please let the front desk know
prior and we will more than happy to accommodate.
